Jennifer K. Reekie, founder of Reekie Law, is a trademark, business, and family law attorney, certified mediator, and entrepreneur, who turned her drive, ambition, and love of the law into a rewarding career. After growing up in Kentucky and then living in San Diego for eight years, she moved to The Woodlands, Texas in 2008. She loves living in Texas with her family, but she always cherishes her Kentucky roots. Jennifer graduated in law school in 2001 and started her own practice in 2012.
Jennifer provides counseling and guidance for individuals and businesses who desire to protect their business name, logo, or catch phrase through trademark registrations. Jennifer offers assistance and direction for individuals and small businesses regarding formation, contract drafting and review, including but not limited to operating agreements, NDAs, non-compete and confidentiality agreements, JV agreements, and MOUs. She also practices in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody/support, property division, and premarital agreements.
