Position: Marketing Coordinator for Capernaum Studios and Washington's Armor Movie(s).

Job Description:
Full-Time, Monday thru Friday 8AM-5PM, Additional hours required based on marketing needs.
Capernaum Studios and Washington's Armor Movie, located in Parker County between Peaster and Poolville, Texas is seeking a full time Marketing Coordinator to join a value-oriented team.

Duties would include, but not limited to:
The Marketing Coordinator exhibits competence, strong organizational skills, and uses high communication to execute marketing plans for Capernaum Studios and Washington's Armor Movie both internal and externally.
Additionally, as a member of the Capernaum team the coordinator must be flexible and willing to serve. Knowledge and experience of promotional marketing in the film and entertainment industry is a plus.

Requirements

- Full-time position.
- Candidate must live or be willing to relocate near Weatherford, TX area.
- Willing to serve and work flexible schedules with efficient time and energy management.
- Maintain personal stamina and endurance for a variety of weather conditions.
- The position is approximately 40 hrs. a week during normal seasons.
It can go up to 60/70 hrs. a week depending on the needs of Capernaum Studios and Washington's Armor.
- There are also seasonal immersion experiences that will need to promoted.
- You will be required work the on weekends if necessary
- Mandatory weekly team devotionals on Wednesday’s
- Must own a reliable vehicle
- Must be in good health due to the physical demands of the position.

Salary/Pay Rate

Salary is dependent on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities include but is not limited to:
  • Execution of marketing campaigns
  • Management and engagement of Social Media content
  • Website management that includes working knowledge of SEO and DNS hosting.
  • Coordination of community wide marketing efforts including advertisement, printing and distribution of materials
  • Team collaboration for event planning and execution
  • Communication liaison between staff and outside Marketing and PR firms
Skills and Competences:
  • Strong computer skills include website platforms, word documents, spreadsheets, and some graphic program knowledge.
  • Strong writing skills for presentations, reports, emails, and content copy.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Creative and solution oriented.
  • Display professionalism and high communication in person, by phone, email, and text
  • Show Initiative.
  • Utilize strong organizational and time management ability to complete projects.
  • Report and be accountable to supervisors.
  • Personal conduct is reflective of and supports the mission of a Christian ministry
